Plough Engineering have been offering heat exchanger design services to clients for many years, utilising Plate Heat Exchangers in turnkey projects, flash pasteurisation units, chillers, heaters, CIP units and pilot plant.  Our design packages vary from fully automated skid mounted systems, to the sole supply of heat exchangers. We also offer the redesign of existing plant where there are duty changes.

Our innovative heat exchanger design solutions provide product protection from cross contamination by means of
tertiary systems and low pressure attemperation circuits.  When cooling and heating mediums are unavailable, self contained service units can be provided.
